- No refund within 30 days: cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
- No-show: if you do not show up or fail to check in on the reserved date, no refund will be provided.
- Change of dates: any change to your booking dates within 30 days of check-in is treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.
